Try this exercise to help with hip pain!
Start sitting tall with one hand in each Flexistretcher loop & feet hip width distance apart, flexing into the foam center.
Pulse out 10X.
Rock back bringing your legs into table top, repeat the 10 pulses.
Staying here with your core engaged, straighten the legs and pulse out 10X.
Lie on your back with legs straight, pulse out 10X.
Repeat going back through the sequence to bring yourself back to sitting!
