Begin with both loops of the Flexistretcher in your top hand and foam around your foot. Knees are bent at a 90 degree angle.
Start with a bent knee and then straighten and repeat 10X
Last straighten, keep the leg where it is and pulse up 10X
Repeat on the opposite side!
